CSV export and import
Export all your links to a spreadsheet, create many links at once.
# Export
Export CSV, above the list of links, downloads every link (up to 5,000) with these columns: code, short_url, url, status, created_at, expires_at, protected, max_clicks, clicks_used. Text that a spreadsheet could run as a formula is neutralised.
# Import
Import CSV creates links in bulk. Paste lines (straight from a spreadsheet works: columns separated by tabs are understood), or pick a .csv or .txt file (5 MB at most). One link per line, separated by commas, semicolons or tabs:
- the destination address (required);
- a custom code (optional);
- a number of days before the link ends (optional).
Under the text box, pick a QR design, a portal and tags that all the new links will get. When the import ends, Download the QR codes (ZIP) gives one SVG file per link (plus the portal QR code if a portal was chosen) and a links.csv sheet: handy for badges, tables or labels.
Example: https://example.org/menu,menu-2027,30. A first line starting with url is ignored.
# Limits
- No fixed number of lines: the import goes on until your plan's link quota is reached.
- Links are created one by one, so every normal rule applies: your plan's quota, the safety checks, the rate limit. Refused lines are listed with their reason, the others are created.
- If the quota or the rate limit is reached, the import stops and tells you which lines were created. After an import, Print QR codes makes a sheet of labels (see Printing QR codes).
