Roles
User, moderator and administrator: who can do what.
Every account has one role. Most people are users.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| User | Manage their own links, portals, templates and keys |
| Moderator | Read every link, handle reports, close and reopen links, re-run checks, read the service statistics. Cannot create, delete or change accounts |
| Administrator | Everything: accounts, roles, plans, maintenance, statistics of the whole service |
# Who gives roles
Only an administrator can change a role, from the Accounts tab. An administrator cannot remove their own role by mistake.
# Where staff sign in
Moderators and administrators sign in at the account page like everyone, then use the Administration link of their console.
